Yes! Our policy for exhibitor sub-blocks is as follows:
Any exhibitor requiring eight (8) or more hotel room reservations on peak night at any host hotel will be considered a sub-block and must execute a Sub-Block Agreement.
Room inventory is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors and sponsors requiring larger room blocks are encouraged to secure accommodations as early as possible.
A copy of the Sub-Block Agreement may be requested from the designated HMP Global housing representative.
A non-refundable deposit equal to two (2) nights’ room rate and applicable taxes per room is required at the time the sub-block is confirmed.
Full prepayment for the remaining rooms within the sub-block is due no later than March 8, 2027
A final rooming list must be submitted by the hotel reservation cutoff date (April 5, 2027) and must include each guest’s full name, arrival and departure dates, and email address.
Any rooms canceled on or after March 8 are non-refundable. Cancellations made after this date will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the room rate and applicable taxes associated with the canceled reservation(s).
