Here's what you need to know to set yourself up for success:

The event takes place at the Charlotte Convention Center. Visit our travel page for information regarding the conference hotels and/or transportation.

Registration Hours 

Registration is located in Concourse A-College Street Entrance. Please pick up your badge during registration hours:

• Tuesday, April 7: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, April 8: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday, April 9: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Friday, April 10: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday, April 11: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Sunday, April 12: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

If you need help onsite, visit the Registration Desk and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.

Claiming Credit
 

You may claim credit for all sessions until May 12, 2026. To access evaluations, click the “Claim Credit” button in the conference app or visit our website.

Below is some other important information to know before you arrive. Detailed information will be provided in your onsite conference guide.

Innovation Theaters, Industry-Supported Symposia and Workshops Is Pre-Registration Required? Pre-registration is only required for the pre-conference workshops taking place 8:00 AM -12:00 PM and 1:30-5:30 PM on Wednesday, April 8. Space is limited, so log in to your registration now to secure your spot at these sessions. Pre-registration is not required for all other sessions. Seating is limited and available first come, first served.

Exhibit Hall Hours Play Woundopoly for a chance to win! We continue to push the boundaries of innovation. Explore the Exhibit Hall and connect with product and service providers from across the country.    Thursday, April 9 |  5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Friday, April 10 | 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM Saturday, April 11 | 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM Plus, play Woundopoly for a chance to win some awesome prizes! The Woundopoly game board can be found in your attendee tote bag.
